Returns Policy

1. Our promise
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If something is not quite right, let us know and we will do our best to help.
2. What can be returned and when
Standard, non-customised items – you may return these within 30 calendar days of the day they are delivered to you, provided they are unworn, unwashed, free from stains, odours or other damage, and still have all original tags and packaging.
Made-to-order or personalised items – because these goods are created specifically for you (for example, garments sewn after purchase), they are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described. This exemption is set out in Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Cut-to-length fabrics – fabric sold by the metre is cut to your requested length and therefore counts as a customised item. As above, it cannot be returned or cancelled simply because you change your mind. Faulty or mis-described fabric remains covered by your statutory rights.
Faulty or mis-described goods – whatever the item, if it is defective you are entitled to the usual remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (repair, replacement or refund).
3. Your statutory right to cancel (standard items only)
For standard goods bought online you have 14 days from the day after delivery to tell us you wish to cancel the contract. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. We will reimburse the price you paid, plus our cheapest standard delivery option, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of posting).
4. Our goodwill return – 30 days
In addition to your 14-day statutory right, we offer a 30-day goodwill return window for standard goods. Delivery charges from the original order are not refunded under this goodwill policy unless you are exercising the 14-day statutory cancellation right or returning a faulty item.
5. How to return
Free returns for UK customers
Re-pack the item securely in its original packaging. Print and attach our prepaid Royal Mail label, making sure no other tracking labels are visible. Drop the parcel at any Royal Mail post office or customer service point and keep the proof of posting.

6. Refunds
We aim to process refunds to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof that they have been sent. If the goods show signs of use beyond what is needed to inspect them, we may make a reasonable deduction for any loss in value.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or colour, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
